一、 General Provisions
1. This agreement is about your registration, login, and use of Xinguang Technology account services.
2. Users can use the individual services of various channels and products of Xinguang Technology, which may be provided to you by Xinguang Technology's affiliated or cooperative companies; When users use various services of Xinguang Technology, their usage behavior is considered as their agreement to the service terms of the service and various announcements of Xinguang Technology.
3. The user agreement of Xinguang Technology, as well as the service terms and announcements of various channels and products, can be updated by Xinguang Technology at any time without further notice. When using related services, you should pay attention to and comply with the applicable terms and conditions.
二、 Account registration and usage
1.When using some of Xinguang Technology's products or services, you need to register an account. When registering and using Xinguang Technology's account, you should comply with the following requirements:
After the user registration is successful, Xinguang Technology will give each user a user account, and users can set their own account passwords. The user account and password are responsible for safekeeping by the user; Users shall be legally responsible for all activities and events conducted under their user account.
2. After filling in the information according to the registration page prompts, reading and agreeing to this agreement, and completing all registration procedures, except for specific products on the Xinguang Technology platform that have separate registration requirements for the account, you can obtain an account on the Xinguang Technology platform (tzsjhf.com website) and become a Xinguang Technology user. You can use various products and services on the Xinguang Technology platform through the Xinguang Technology account.
3. In order to facilitate you to enjoy consistent services in Xinguang Technology products, if you have already logged into a Xinguang Technology account in a certain Xinguang Technology product, your login status may be synchronized when you first use other Xinguang Technology products. This section does not involve additional collection or use of your personal information. If you want to log out of your account, you can log out on the product settings page.
4. The ownership of the Xinguang Technology account (i.e. Xinguang Technology user ID) belongs to Xinguang Technology. Users can obtain the Xinguang Technology account and become users by following the instructions on the registration page, reading and agreeing to this agreement, and completing all registration procedures. Users should provide timely, detailed, and accurate personal information, and continuously update their registration information to meet the requirements of timeliness, detail, and accuracy. All original input information will be referenced as registration information. If any related issues arise due to inaccurate registration information or untimely updates, Xinguang Technology shall not be held responsible. You can check and correct your information through the account settings page. You should register your account through real identity authentication, and the account name, profile picture, and introduction submitted by the user must not contain illegal or harmful information. After review by Xinguang Technology, if the above situation exists, Xinguang Technology will not approve it; At the same time, if it is found that a user has fraudulently obtained an account name for registration with false information, or if there are illegal, irregular, and harmful information in their account avatar, profile, and other information after registration, Xinguang Technology has the right to unilaterally take measures such as correcting within a specified period of time, deleting/resetting avatar information, suspending use, canceling registration, and taking back without notice.
5. Based on the requirements of national laws and regulations or the requirements of Xinguang Technology service policies, you need to fill in the real name, contact information, ID number number and other information when using some Xinguang Technology services. You should ensure the authenticity of the identity information you fill in, and use authentic, accurate, legal, and valid relevant identification materials and necessary information. Please follow the relevant regulations and pay attention to updating the above relevant information in a timely manner. If the materials or information you submit or provide are inaccurate, untrue, non-standard, illegal, or if Xinguang Technology has reason to suspect that they are incorrect, untrue, or illegal, the company has the right to refuse to provide you with relevant services. You may not be able to use Xinguang Technology's related services or some functions may be restricted during use.
6. In order to meet the mandatory requirements of laws and regulations, necessary for providing products or services, or based on the need for risk identification and enhanced verification of your account, when you use the facial recognition login and verification function, we will collect and save your facial photos and information. You should follow the prompts on the page to complete the corresponding actions. After the Xinguang Technology system determines that your actions meet the requirements, you can complete the facial shooting. You agree to use facial recognition login and verification services only for your own Xinguang Technology account. In order to improve the accuracy of verification, you agree that Xinguang Technology may, if necessary, compare and verify the facial photos and features you provide to Xinguang Technology with the facial features stored by institutions authorized by laws and regulations or government agencies.
7. The account of Xinguang Technology includes the account name and password. You can use the set account name (including username, phone number, email) and password to log in; During the use of your account, in order to ensure the security of your account, based on different terminals and your usage habits, we may take different verification measures to identify your identity. For example, if your account is logged in for the first time on a new device, we may use a password and verification code to identify your identity, including but not limited to SMS verification code and service usage information verification.
8. Users should not transfer, sell, or lend their account or password to others for use. The right to use the account only belongs to the initial applicant for registration, and users should independently assume full responsibility for all actions within the account. If Xinguang Technology can reasonably determine that there is a risk of account transaction or theft in the relevant account, Xinguang Technology has the right to independently take measures such as freezing or banning the account. If account disputes arise due to account transfer, buying, selling, or lending, or if Xinguang Technology is unable to determine the ownership of the account, Xinguang Technology has the right to refuse to provide account retrieval. Once such reports or complaints occur, Xinguang Technology has the right to immediately freeze or ban the account. You should properly keep your account and password. You should not trust loans, request passwords, or other network information related to property. You should not disclose your Xinguang Technology account, password, or verification code information sent to you by Xinguang Technology, or enter Xinguang Technology account, password, verification code information on non Xinguang Technology websites or log in through QR code scanning on non Xinguang Technology websites, Otherwise, it may lead to the leakage of your account and property damage. The losses caused by improper storage of your account will be borne by you. At the same time, when the above situation occurs and Xinguang Technology cannot reasonably determine the ownership of the account, it will not be able to retrieve your account.
9. Due to personal reasons, the account cannot be used. If you need to retrieve the Xinguang Technology account, please provide the corresponding information according to the Xinguang Technology account retrieval requirements, and ensure that the provided information is legal, true, and valid. If any of the following situations occur: (1) the provided information does not meet the requirements; (2) the unique credential of the account is no longer valid; (3) it cannot pass Xinguang Technology security verification; (4) there is a security risk such as account theft, If there are other circumstances that make it impossible to determine the ownership of the account, Xinguang Technology has the right to refuse to provide account retrieval services and take measures such as freezing or banning the account depending on the situation. If the phone number bound to your Xinguang Technology account is stopped due to personal reasons, please change the phone number bound to your Xinguang Technology account as soon as possible. Otherwise, if the operator issues the account again, users who use this phone number can verify and log in with your original phone number to view all your account information and product usage information. Your Xinguang Technology account will no longer be able to be used, There is also a risk of personal information leakage within the account. Please make sure to replace the bound phone number in a timely manner. If the account is lost or personal information is leaked due to failure to replace the bound phone number in a timely manner, you will be responsible for it. Xinguang Technology has the right to refuse to provide account retrieval services and may take measures such as freezing or banning the account depending on the situation.
10. When you need to terminate the use of Xinguang Technology account services, if you meet the following conditions, you can apply to cancel your Xinguang Technology account. Account cancellation is irrevocable and irreversible. Please operate with caution and be sure to be aware of and confirm:
(1) You can only apply to cancel your own account and follow the process of Xinguang Technology to cancel it;
(2) You should still bear corresponding responsibilities for your behavior before canceling your account and during the use of Xinguang Technology services;
(3) Please back up relevant information and data before logging out. After successful logging out, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or agreed by both parties, account information, personal ID information, transaction records, membership benefits, storage information, and other information bound or related to the account cannot be retrieved, restored, or provided, You will no longer be able to log in through the original account (even if you register again with the same phone number or can prove that you are the original account owner) or perform any operations, and your newly registered account will no longer be able to set the original account username.
11. In order to prevent resource occupation, if you have not used your Xinguang Technology account for six consecutive months or have not logged into your Xinguang Technology account through other methods recognized by Xinguang Technology, Xinguang Technology has the right to reclaim the account. You will no longer be able to log in to this website or use related services through the account login name. If there are related wealth management products, pending transactions, or balances in this account, Xinguang Technology will assist you within a reasonable range. Please follow the instructions provided by Xinguang Technology.
12. We will use the information you have submitted and retained during the registration of your account and use of Xinguang Technology services in accordance with Xinguang Technology's privacy protection statement. You guarantee that you have fully understood and agreed that Xinguang Technology can process user information based on it before using all products and services of Xinguang Technology.
13. In order to meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations and ensure the security of your account, especially when you perform sensitive operations such as account unbinding and cancellation, we will send the personal identity information you submit to banks, operators and other institutions for verification and inquiry to verify the authenticity of your identity.
14.When the user uses the one click login function, the operator will transfer the user's local phone number to Xinguang Technology to determine whether your phone number has been registered for a Xinguang Technology account. If your phone number has already registered a Xinguang Technology account and passed security verification, you will not need to fill in the phone number, verification code, account name, password, etc., and can directly complete account login. If your phone number has not registered a Xinguang Technology account, you can directly register and log in to the Xinguang Technology account through your phone number. If you do not meet the requirements for one click login or choose another login method, you can use other login methods to log in to your account.
15. Subject to compliance with laws and regulations or requirements from national authorities, we have the right to restrict or freeze your account. In such cases, you may not be able to continue logging in or using your account. If relevant regulations require or suggest us to carry out further account authentication work, please cooperate. To comply with the requirements of regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and judicial departments, or to handle disputes related to you in litigation cases, we may provide information related to your account to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or judicial departments, including but not limited to your registration information, registration information, real name authentication information, binding information, and other relevant information that can reflect your account ownership and usage.
16. You should register and use your Xinguang Technology account reasonably, No malicious registration or illegal use of Xinguang Technology accounts (common violations include but are not limited to frequent registration, batch registration, etc. that can be reasonably considered as account operations through machines, malicious abuse of multiple accounts, malicious assistance in verifying/retrieving accounts, illegal use of Xinguang Technology accounts, violation of this agreement or Xinguang Technology (and its affiliated companies) The act of using other product agreements/rules or using the Xinguang Technology account for other improper purposes. You need to register a Xinguang Technology account through the official channels of Xinguang Technology. You are not allowed to register or obtain Xinguang Technology accounts or their login credentials through other unofficial channels. You are not allowed to engage in behaviors that violate laws and regulations, this agreement, and other product agreements of Xinguang Technology (and its affiliated companies) through actual control of multiple accounts. You are not allowed to use any means to bypass, oppose, or disrupt platform registration, login, and usage rules. We have the right to independently judge the above-mentioned malicious registration and illegal use behavior, and unilaterally decide to take disposal measures when we reasonably judge the existence of the above behavior. The disposal measures include but are not limited to deleting user posted information content, suspending usage licenses, terminating services, restricting use, prohibiting login, prohibiting rebinding, prohibiting appeals, recycling of Xinguang Technology accounts, freezing/banning Xinguang Technology accounts The determination of Xinguang Technology to pursue legal responsibility can be used as a reasonable measure to deal with cheating behavior and protect the security of the platform and user accounts. If the user has evidence to prove that they have not engaged in the above cheating behaviors, they can appeal to us through the contact channels disclosed in this agreement. The other product agreements of Xinguang Technology (and its affiliated companies) have specific provisions on the use of Xinguang Technology accounts, and the relevant provisions will be applied as a supplement to this agreement.
17. You understand that we have the right to independently judge and unilaterally take disposal measures for account behaviors that have been determined by the platform to involve fraud, abnormal operations, cheating, and security risks. The disposal measures include but are not limited to restricting login, requiring complete real name information, freezing accounts, banning account numbers, reporting or transferring to relevant regulatory authorities for disposal, etc.
18. We have the right to make independent judgments on any malicious registration, abnormal risks, violations of laws and regulations, violations of agreements, and violations of social order, good customs, and moral customs. When we reasonably determine the existence of the above behaviors, we will unilaterally decide to take disposal measures, including but not limited to deleting user posted information content, requesting rectification, suspending usage licenses, terminating services, restricting use, prohibiting login, and prohibiting rebinding, Prohibiting appeals, revoking Xinguang Technology accounts, freezing/sealing Xinguang Technology accounts, and pursuing legal responsibilities can be used as reasonable measures to deal with cheating behavior and protect the security of the platform and user accounts. For those who repeatedly violate relevant rules and still do not make corrections, we have the right to directly ban your account and publicly disclose the relevant handling results. If the user has evidence to prove that they have not engaged in the above cheating behaviors, they can appeal to us through the contact channels disclosed in this agreement. The other product agreements of Xinguang Technology (and its affiliated companies) have specific provisions on the use of Xinguang Technology accounts, and the relevant provisions will be applied as a supplement to this agreemen
三、 Usage rules
1. When using the services of Xinguang Technology, users must comply with the Cybersecurity Law, Anti Telecommunications and Network Fraud Law, Management Measures for Security Protection of Computer Information Network International Networking, Internet Information Service Management Measures, Internet User Account Information Management Regulations, Network Information Content Ecological Governance Regulations, Decision on Maintaining Internet Security, and Internet News Information Service Management Regulations According to relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, such as the Yangtze River Protection Law, the Surveying and Mapping Law, and the Measures for the Administration of Internet Religious Information Services, users shall agree not to use this service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
(1) Upload, display, post, disseminate, or otherwise transmit information containing one of the following:
1) Opposing the basic principles established by the constitution;
2) Harming national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
3) Harming national honor and interests;
4) Distorting, vilifying, blaspheming, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, and infringing upon the names, portraits, reputations, and honors of heroes and martyrs through insults, slanders, or other means;
5) Propaganda of terrorism, extremism, or incitement to carry out terrorist or extremist activities;
6) Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
7) Disrupting national religious policies, preaching, conducting religious education and training, publishing preaching and preaching content, forwarding or linking related content, organizing religious activities, setting up religious organizations, setting up religious institutions and venues, developing believers, fundraising in the name of religion, and promoting cults and feudal superstitions through live or recorded broadcasting of religious ceremonies;
8) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
9) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or instigating crimes;
10) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on their reputation, privacy, and other legitimate rights and interests;
11) Containing false, fraudulent, harmful, coercive, infringing on personal information of others, harassing, infringing, defaming, vulgar, obscene, or other morally offensive content;
12) Illegal and irregular content related to fishing behaviors that damage fishery resources and ecological environment, such as electric fish, poisonous fish, and explosive fish (including but not limited to text, pictures, dynamics, videos, etc.);
13) Contains content that may involve infringement of national sovereignty and territorial integrity, and violate national regulations on map drawing and publication;
14) Containing other content restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations, and any legally binding norms;
(2) Not allowed to use network service systems for any illegal purposes;
(3) Not utilizing the services of Xinguang Technology to engage in the following activities:
1) Entering computer information networks or using computer information network resources without permission;
2) Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of computer information network functions;
3) Unauthorized deletion, modification, or addition of data and application programs stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks;
4) Intentionally creating and spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses;
5) Other behaviors that endanger computer information network security.
2. When you produce and publish online information content through your account, you should comply with the requirements and not create, publish, copy, or repost harmful information containing the following content:
(1) Using exaggerated titles, where the content is seriously inconsistent with the title;
(2) Hyping up rumors, scandals, bad deeds, etc;
(3) Inappropriate evaluation of natural disasters, major accidents, and other disasters;
(4) Having sexual implications, teasing, etc. that can easily lead to sexual associations;
(5) Showcasing blood, horror, cruelty, and other discomforts that cause physical and mental discomfort;
(6) Inciting discrimination against groups, regions, etc;
(7) Promoting vulgar, vulgar, and vulgar content;
(8) May trigger minors to imitate unsafe behavior, violate social ethics, and induce bad habits among minors;
(9) Other content that has a negative impact on the online ecosystem.
3. If the user violates the provisions of this agreement or related service terms, resulting in or arising from any third-party claims, demands or losses, including reasonable legal fees, you agree to compensate Xinguang Technology and its cooperating companies and affiliated companies, and hold them harmless. In this regard, Xinguang Technology has the right to take measures, including but not limited to deleting user posted information content, suspending usage licenses, terminating services, restricting use, recycling Xinguang Technology accounts, and pursuing legal responsibilities, depending on the nature of the user's behavior.
4. Users are not allowed to copy, copy, sell, resell or use any part of this service or the use or acquisition of this service for any other commercial purpose.
5. Users shall bear legal responsibility for their actions during the use of Xinguang Technology services. The forms in which users bear legal responsibility include but are not limited to: compensating the victim, and after Xinguang Technology first bears the administrative penalty or infringement compensation responsibility caused by user behavior, users should provide Xinguang Technology with equal compensation.
四、 Service content
1. The specific content of Xinguang Technology's network services will be provided by Xinguang Technology according to the actual situation.
2. Unless otherwise expressly stated in this service agreement, new products, features, and services launched by Xinguang Technology shall be subject to the specifications of this service agreement.
3. In order to use this service, you must be able to access the international internet through a third party that is legally qualified to provide you with internet access services, and you should pay the relevant service fees on your own. In addition, you must equip and be responsible for all necessary equipment required for connecting to the international network, including computers, data machines, or other access devices.
4. Considering the particularity of network services, users agree that Xinguang Technology has the right to change, interrupt, or terminate part or all of its network services (including paid network services) at any time without prior notice. Xinguang Technology does not guarantee uninterrupted network services, nor does it guarantee the timeliness, security, and accuracy of network services.
5. Disclaimer: Xinguang Technology shall not be liable for any interruption of network services within a reasonable time due to the following circumstances:;
(1) Xinguang Technology needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platforms or related equipment that provide network services. Xinguang Technology reserves the right to suspend any part of this service for maintenance, upgrading, or other purposes without prior notice.
(2) Due to force majeure reasons such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, lightning, or terrorist attacks;
(3) The user's computer software and hardware, communication lines, and power supply lines have malfunctions;
(4) Due to viruses, trojans, malicious program attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or device failures, communication failures, power failures, bank issues, third-party service defects, or government actions.
(5)Despite the provisions of the preceding paragraph, Xinguang Technology will take reasonable actions to actively promote the resumption of normal services.
6. This service or third parties may provide links to other websites or resources on the international internet. Due to Xinguang Technology's inability to control these websites and resources, you understand and agree that Xinguang Technology is not responsible for the availability of such websites or resources. Xinguang Technology also does not guarantee or be responsible for any content, advertisements, products, or other materials that exist or originate from such websites or resources. Xinguang Technology shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or reliance on any content, goods or services published on or obtained through such websites or resources.
7. The user explicitly agrees that the risks associated with their use of Xinguang Technology's network services will be entirely borne by themselves. The user understands and accepts that any information obtained through downloading or through the services of Xinguang Technology is up to the user themselves, and they are responsible for system damage, data loss, and any other risks. Xinguang Technology does not guarantee any product shopping services, transaction processes, or recruitment information obtained on the service website.

10. Termination of Services
You agree that Xinguang Technology may, at its own discretion, terminate your password, account, or use of this service (or any part of it) for any reason, including but not limited to prolonged (more than one year) non use, or Xinguang Technology believes that you have violated the text and spirit of this service agreement, and remove and delete any content of your use in this service. You agree that this service provided in accordance with any provision of this service agreement may be interrupted or terminated without prior notice. You acknowledge and agree that Xinguang Technology may immediately close or delete your account and all relevant information and files in your account, and/or prohibit the continued use of the aforementioned files or this service. In addition, you agree that if the use of this service is interrupted or terminated, or your account and related information and files are closed or deleted, Xinguang Technology shall not be liable to you or any third party.
五、 Intellectual property and other legitimate rights and interests (including but not limited to reputation and goodwill rights)
1. User rights protection
If you believe that the use of someone else's Xinguang Technology account (including Xinguang Technology account avatar, username, nickname, and profile) has infringed on your legal rights and interests, please provide information to Xinguang Technology according to the following instructions:
Please note that if the statement in the notice of rights is untrue, the submitter of the notice of rights will bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom (including but not limited to compensating for various expenses and attorney's fees). If the above-mentioned individual or unit is unsure whether the information available online has infringed upon their intellectual property and other legitimate rights and interests, Xinguang Technology suggests that the individual or unit first consult a professional.
In order for Xinguang Technology to effectively handle the rights notices of the above-mentioned individuals or units, please use the following format (including the serial numbers of each clause):
1) Proof of ownership of the legitimate rights and interests of the rights holder in the suspected infringing content;
2) Please fully and clearly describe the situation where legitimate rights and interests have been infringed upon, and provide information on third-party accounts suspected of infringement (including usernames, nicknames, avatars, introductions) and website addresses (if any).
3) Please indicate which content of the suspected infringing account infringes on the rights listed in item 2.
4) Please provide specific contact information of the rights holder, including name, copy of ID card or passport (for natural persons), copy of unit registration certificate (for units), mailing address, phone number, fax and email.

1. The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. If there is any dispute between the parties regarding the content or execution of this agreement, both parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly consultation; When negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Tongzhou District, Beijing, where Xinguang Technology is located.
3. The failure of Xinguang Technology to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of this service agreement does not constitute a waiver of the aforementioned rights or provisions.
4. If any provision of this agreement is completely or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain valid and binding.
5. You are welcome to use various specialized channels or platforms under Xinguang Technology's services (hereinafter referred to as "individual services"), and abide by the specific provisions of the individual service agreement on the basis of this agreement.
